    Located on 1200 low fence acres in the heart of Pearsall, TX, our hunting weekends are designed for comfort, camaraderie, and conservation-minded harvesting. Our guests enjoy comfortable accommodations, hearty home-style meals, and carefully managed hunting opportunities that respect Texas wildlife regulations.

  • The Hunt

    Season: First weekend of deer season (Includes bow season) + designated weekends

    Hunt Days: Friday afternoon – Sunday morning

    Hunters must have valid Texas hunting licenses & applicable tags.

    Deposit: $1,750.00 non-refundable, required for booking (transferable to another available hunt weekend)

    Balance due upon arrival

    Premium Hunt Package:

    Price: $3,500 per hunter (gun) — Max 2 hunters per weekend

    1 Management Buck - 130 inches and below (Per hunter per weekend)

    1 Doe (Per hunter per weekend)

    2 Hogs (Per hunter per weekend)

    Trophy Bucks are available

    Lodging:

    Accommodates 4 adults

    Non-Hunting Guests: $150 extra per night

    All linens, towels, toiletries provided

    Bottled water, coffee, light snacks

    Outdoor firepit with firewood, chairs, canopy

    We work hard all year to ensure every hunting season is exceptional. Our property is maintained year-round — we fill protein and cottonseed feeders, keep blinds clean, and clear senderos for optimal visibility and access.

    The campground is a little rustic but comfortable, offering the perfect balance between the outdoors and the amenities you need for a great weekend.

    We also share our land with cattle, and we ask all guests to leave them to their own devices and treat them with the same respect as for wildlife.
